Step 1: Reserve Your Service

Once you are ready to book, simply complete our Interest Form to reserve your spot. We will be in touch within 24-48 hours with more information. We recommend registering during pregnancy to ensure availability around your due date but it is not required and last minute pickup can usually be arranged.

Step 2: After Baby Arrives

When labor begins or once your baby is born, Contact Us to let us know. Inform your birth team that you plan to keep your placenta so it can be properly stored after delivery. Your placenta should be placed in a sealed container or hospital-provided bag and kept chilled on ice until pickup.

Step 3: Placenta Pickup

We arrange prompt pickup from your home, birth center, or hospital in Orange County and surrounding service areas. Safe transportation and temperature control are maintained throughout the process. If you are outside of Orange County, same day pickup is not guaranteed but we will do our best accommodate and coordinate pickup in a timely manner.

Step 4: Professional Preparation

Your placenta is prepared in a sanitized, food-safe environment using strict handling standards.

This includes:

  • Cleaning and inspection

  • Steaming

  • Dehydration at safe temperatures

  • Grinding into fine powder

  • Encapsulating into easy-to-take capsules

Step 5: Delivery to You

Your completed placenta capsules are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after pickup, along with any selected add-ons and keepsakes.

Step 6: Postpartum Support

You’ll receive detailed guidance on how to take your capsules, storage recommendations, and support for any questions during your postpartum recovery.
